New construction to create a senior community
The Coolidge at Sudbury was a two-phased project with the first phase completed in 2014 which consisted of 64 residential units. Focused on senior housing, these units are predominantly one-bedroom dwellings focused on accessibility, amenity areas, and community. Phase 2 broke ground next door in 2019 adding another 56 residential units. Similarly, Phase 2 is comprised of one-bedroom suites, additional congregating spaces as well as underground parking. The Coolidge has been welcomed warmly by the town of Sudbury as an effort to continue the fight against the growing housing crisis.
