OUR COMPANY EST. 1993

The Keith Construction, Inc. story begins in February of 1993. It was then that John Keith and Tim Forde teamed up to found Keith Construction based on the shared core values of trust, hard work, dependability, persistence and treating people right.
During its early years, the company focused on multi-unit housing and then quickly expanded into the under-served occupied rehabilitation market while increasing its presence into both the historic renovation and new construction markets all with a focus on Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects.
From its inception, Keith’s ability to deliver the highest level of quality and service has enabled it to become a leader in the construction industry.
