Assistant Project ManagerNick Adams
After graduating from Penn State with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Architectural Engineering, Nick spent the next years working for both top ranked national construction firms as well as small startups, with experience ranging from the preconstruction and estimating phase to project closeout. Nick joined Keith Construction in 2023 after spending the previous year running field operations and managing a series of renovation projects across the greater Boston area. Nick is dedicated to furthering his education in construction to increase efficiencies as the industry continues to evolve.

Vice President PreconstructionRobert Bradley, AIA
Bob is a graduate from Wentworth Institute of Technology and has been with Keith Construction since 1997, after having worked for 10 years as a registered architect. As an architect, he brings a unique perspective and insight to the role of project manager. Bob’s wealth of knowledge has become a huge asset to the Keith Construction team.

SuperintendentJustin Briere
Justin grew up around the construction industry, his father ran a large framing crew, and he started building decks and fences while he was still in High School. Upon graduation, Justin started working for a custom home building company where he did a little bit of everything from roofing and framing to pouring concrete. Early in his career, Justin ran a successful deck building business with his father. Justin joined Keith Construction in January of 2020 as an Assistant Superintendent and has been a part of various adaptive reuse, occupied rehabilitation and ground up construction projects. In 2024, Justin was promoted to Superintendent, he holds both a Construction Supervisor License and an OSHA 30 certificate. He is a valuable and reliable asset to the field team and has mentored several field assistants.

SuperintendentChris Buckley
Chris is a carpenter by trade who has worked in the construction industry for 25 years. Working as a superintendent for 15 years has given him a strong background in occupied, new and mill projects. Chris excels at building teams which is one of the key reasons he is efficient at completing jobs on time. He understands the dynamics of working with all different parties and upholds the value of maintaining great client relationships on a day to day basis. Chris enjoys using the software resources to his advantage in order to stay ahead of the projects and solve any problems if anticipated.

Project ManagerWill Calder
After graduating with a BA from St. Lawrence University, Will entered the energy efficiency field, working alongside the Massachusetts energy utilities. It was through conducting over 1,800 field surveys that Will found his passion for building. Prior to becoming a Project Manager, Will worked as a Superintendent and an Assistant Project Manager. He is a Certified Passive House Builder and holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in the state of Massachusetts.

Senior Project ManagerDaniel Carleton
Dan has over 25 years experience and has worked on new construction, renovation and re-use projects. His experience includes acting as an owner’s representative and working within the property management community. Dan also has experience interacting with numerous government agencies including HUD, MHFA, and MHIC. He has been with Keith Construction since 2006.

Hubert joined Keith Construction in 2006 and holds a Construction Supervisor License in the state of Massachusetts. With the capabilities to manage large quantities of workers on daily, paired with his knowledge of the industry and communication skills, Hubert is a valued part of our team.

Chris graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in architecture. With 10 years of experience as an Architect and previous experience as a Construction Project Manager and Site Supervisor, Chris has the diverse experience and skills needed for successful project management.

Rachel has 25 years of management experience. Throughout her career she focused on the training and development of future leaders while maintaining high employee morale and low attrition rates. Caring about people and recognizing what they bring to a company has always been a priority for Rachel. She graduated from Wheelock College in Boston where she earned a BA in Humanities with a minor in 19th century literature and a BS in Elementary Education.

Project ManagerBrendan Corcoran
After graduating from Colgate University in 2015 Brendan worked for a multifamily management and development company. During his time there he analyzed the short- and long-term needs at various properties to ensure physical infrastructure and capital improvement efforts were met. Since joining Keith Construction in 2020, Brendan hopes to expand his construction knowledge through field and office tasks. He currently holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisor License in the state of Massachusetts.

EstimatorBrendan Costello
Brendan graduated from the University of Maine with a BS in Construction Management. He worked as a Project Manager/Estimator for 7 years with a local residential contractor focusing on custom homes, additions, and remodels. He currently holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisor License in the state of Massachusetts. In 2019 he joined Keith Construction and turned his full attention to estimating.

Senior Compliance SpecialistNicole Deren
Nicole came to Keith Construction with an extensive background in data management and document control across various industries. Her career took off at a large engineering consulting firm as a Geotechnical Administrative Assistant within the Commercial Construction department. Nicole later ventured into the Life Sciences industry with her role as a Clinical Trial Travel Protocol Specialist. Since joining Keith Construction in 2015, Nicole implemented new tracking mechanisms to take raw data from the field and produce meaningful reports of each project’s section 3, minority and female workforce statistics. Nicole enjoys her role as a self-proclaimed “data nerd” and continues to seek out new opportunities for Keith Construction to not only hit project MWBE and Section 3 contract and workforce benchmarks, but surpass them.

Accounts Payable CoordinatorTerry Ducharme
Terry has worked in construction accounting for both General and Subcontractors since 1996. Through her prior experience, she seamlessly balances what Keith requires from each individual subcontractor with their different levels of financial sophistication. Terry is currently Keith’s Accounts Payable Coordinator and has been with Keith since 2010.

Robbie has been with Keith Construction since 2002. He has 22 years of construction experience, with specialties in site work, wood framing, and technical finishes. Robbie holds a Construction Supervisor License, and as an added safety competence, he is also certified in CPR.

Brandon graduated from Nichols College with a degree in business. Prior to joining Keith Construction, he worked for a demolition subcontractor where he gained extensive field experience. Brandon started with Keith Construction in 2011. He holds both a Construction Supervisor License and an OSHA 30 certificate. He is a valuable and reliable asset to the field team.

Tim has been with Keith Construction since 2001 and is licensed in the state of Massachusetts. He has over forty years’ construction experience in all phases. He has been a licensed construction superintendent for 30+ years.

Nick Faillace joined Keith Construction in 2010. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps along with his 10 years of experience working as a Site Superintendent, he has a unique perspective and brings great insight to his role as a Project Executive. Nick is a graduate of Suffolk University and received his MS in Leadership and Administration from Boston College. Nick has extensive experience with both new construction and occupied rehabilitation projects. He holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisor License in the state of Massachusetts.

Tim Forde is the President of Keith Construction, overseeing day to day business strategy and construction operations. Tim has a 40+ year reputation of leadership, reliability and project execution in the industry. A member of Keith Construction since its inception, Tim’s commitment to success, client satisfaction and his employees is what drives his dedication to the company. Involved in all project phases, Tim is the executive leader of project management and field operations for Keith. With over 20 years of field experience—Tim’s vast knowledge of building, coupled with his desire to manage and empower makes him an integral part of Keith Construction Inc.

Vice President OperationsTimothy Forde, Jr.
Tim joined Keith Construction in 2011. After a decade of working with the company’s field operations and project management teams, Tim was promoted to VP of Operations in 2021. With a focus on innovation, and increasing efficiency, he is excited to lead the continuation of Keith’s growth and success. Tim is a Certified Passive House Builder and holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisor License in the state of Massachusetts.

Chief EstimatorScott Giacomozzi
Scott is a Umass Amherst alumni where he graduated with a BS in Building & Design Technology. After graduating, Scott specialized in complex retail and hospitality projects. He then became a committed preconstruction manager where he led a team of preconstruction managers and Project Managers early in the design/budgeting process, focusing mainly on senior housing and multifamily residential project in various regions across the United States. Before joining Keith Construction, he worked as a Senior Estimator where he focused on medical and lab projects for some of Boston’s most prestigious medical and academic institutions.

Accounts PayableTabitha Huskey
Tabitha has worked in the accounting industry in both property management and construction where she has processed general AP and subcontracts since 2013. Tabitha first worked in the Mechanical Construction sect before transitioning to General Contracting.
Prior to working in the construction industry, Tabitha was a financial aid counselor for 10 years at Cameron University. In the Spring of 2024, Tabitha joined Keith Construction’s Accounts Payable Department.

Compliance SpecialistJessica Johnson-Pelletier
Jessica began working in the Construction Industry in 2011 where she joined the Administration and Sales Team of a small construction company that specializes in Accident Recovery, Roadway Construction and General Construction. In 2016 she joined Keith Construction where she currently works in the Document Control Division as Compliance Specialist. Jessica’s role is to provide administrative support to the Project Management team with the setup, maintenance and closeout of construction projects. Jessica also has an interest in Construction Insurance and has recently become CRIS (Construction Risk Insurance Specialist) certified. Jessica looks forward to continuing her education in the construction field.

Executive Chairman of the BoardJohn W. Keith
John W. Keith is a respected developer and leader in the affordable mixed-income housing, real estate and construction industries. Mr. Keith started building single family homes in 1964, expanding to multi-family housing in 1970 and then to affordable housing construction in 1979 when he co-founded Central Street Construction. That company transitioned to Keith Construction Inc. in 1993 with a simple philosophy: commitment to its clients to deliver quality construction, on time and on budget.
The depth and breadth of Mr. Keith’s experience and relationships with local, state and federal funding organizations have earned him great respect. His support of the greater affordable community is well recognized. A few of the industry and community awards he has received include recognition by The Rental Housing Association, Metro Housing, Lawyers Clearing House, the CJP, and Curry College to name but a few.

Assistant Project ManagerAllissa Lane
Allissa graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2018 with a degree in Business Management and completed the FMI Project Management Academy in 2023. While working toward her degree, Allissa interned for a local electrical contractor, and soon found her passion for the construction industry. Upon graduation, she transitioned her career towards general contracting where she would be able to oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish. She has worked on a wide range of projects including multifamily, commercial, institutional, and industrial. She is a Certified Passive House Builder and holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in the state of Massachusetts.

Project ManagerDavid Lazaro Jr.
Dave graduated from Suffolk University in 2016 with a degree in Business Management and completed additional Construction Management courses at Wentworth Institute of Technology. While working toward his degree, Dave worked as a carpenter for a local finish carpentry contractor. He joined Keith Construction as an Assistant Superintendent at the beginning of 2018 prior to becoming a Project Manager.

Treasurer and CFOBud LaRosa
Bud LaRosa is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer at Keith Construction where he is responsible for overall financial strategy as well as risk management. Prior to joining Keith, Bud held various CFO roles and executive leadership positions with other construction companies. He has established a reputation for team building and for aligning business metrics to support business strategy and growth. Bud has also been involved in the sale of two companies and the divestiture of a division of another. He has written for a variety of trade publications, served on advisory boards and is involved in the leadership of the Construction Financial Manager’s Association. For his achievements, Boston Business Journal named him the 2013 CFO of the Year. Bud holds a BS in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College and an MBA with a Finance Concentration from Bentley University.

Paul graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a BS in Architectural Engineering Technology. Paul joined Keith Construction in 2020 and has years of experience in the industry, both as a subcontractor and as an architectural Project Manager. Graham has a passion for finer details and working with design teams to ensure client goals are understood and properly captured. Having experience in both field operations and daily management of on-site tasks, as well as estimating and preconstruction, he has a well-rounded understanding of how projects come together on paper as well as in the field. Graham is a graduate of Boston University with a BS in Operations and Technology Management.

Joe started with Keith Construction in 2023 as the company’s Project Controller. Prior to joining Keith Construction, Joe worked as a Senior Auditor for a public accounting firm where he worked with clients in the Construction, Engineering, and Manufacturing industries with experience in the audits of both General Contractors and Subcontractors. Joe holds a BS in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire.

Ron earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics at Framingham State University. He joined Keith Construction in 2019 with 25 years of experience working for a framing subcontractor and as a home builder. He brings extensive builders’ knowledge to the Superintendent role.

Ed graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He Holds a Construction Supervisor License in the state of Massachusetts and is licensed in the City of Boston. Ed has experience in commercial ground new construction as well as tenant fit outs. He has worked on a wide range of projects including schools/institutions, pharmaceutical, banking and commercial housing.

Nick started with Keith Construction in 2022 as an Assistant Superintendent. Prior to joining Keith Construction, Nick worked as a Sales Representative for a mutual fund company in Boston. Nick holds a BS in finance, graduating from UMass Boston in 2020. While new to the field of construction, Nick is looking to grow his knowledge of the industry through both field work and time spent in the office as an Assistant Project Manager. Nick is currently studying to obtain his Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License.

Bill has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has held an unrestricted Construction Supervisor License for 11 of those years. He has experience in multiple areas, including drafting, site work, framing, and occupied rehab in both commercial and residential spaces. Bill has been with Keith since June 2014.

Denis has been with Keith Construction since 1997 with over 40 years of construction field experience. Denis started as a drywall specialist and gained respect through his hard work. He has many years of experience in all aspects from labor to job closeouts including great tenant relations. He is very schedule orientated and punctual when meeting important deadlines. One of his best attributes is going above and beyond for any task at hand including the quality and finishes of work performed. Denis plays a vital role in creating a team atmosphere resulting in a helpful and willing environment for all.

Sten Washburn graduated from Umass Amherst with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Driven by a lifelong passion for solving complex problems, he began his construction career at Suffolk, accumulating invaluable experience, and transition to a role at Related where he broadened his understanding of the dynamic construction industry, serving as both an owner’s representative and self-performing startup GC. With a broad range of project experience including high-rise, mid-rise type III, assisted living facilities, and TI fit-outs, he looks to leverage both his construction expertise and understanding of valuable team dynamics to deliver successful projects and foster lasting relationships. Having grown up on the grand slopes of Wachusett mountain, Sten is an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast.

Jim Wildman has over 25 years of construction experience ranging from the construction of new residential homes, commercial build outs, tilt wall construction and multi-family/hotel wood construction. Having owned his own company for over 18 years, Jim brings a strong focus on the contractor/client relationship needed to run an efficient jobsite. He has a 2-year degree from Holyoke Community College in Criminal Justice. When not at work, Jim enjoys camping throughout New England with his family.

Assistant Project ManagerLindsay Yardley
Lindsay graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology where she majored in and earned a BS in Interior Design. Upon graduation, Lindsay worked for a small hospitality firm where she focused her talents on restaurant and fast casual design work.
Wanting to expand her interior design experience, Lindsay spent the next 12 years with P.C.A. as an Associate Interior Designer. Lindsay enjoyed her time spent with Jasper White on his Summer Shack restaurants. Some other clients included Au Ban Pain, Dunkin Brands and Healthworks Fitness Clubs.
Lindsay transitioned to J.M.A. as a project engineer and utilized her background in interiors working closely with the interior trades for both luxury multifamily and tenant fit-out projects. Over the course of her 8 years with J.M.A Lindsay saw the completion of 5 high rise buildings in and around the Boston area.
After working on long-term projects with JMA, Lindsay set her sights on combining her past experience as both a designer and an APM to continue her growth outside of Interior Design and Management. Lindsay enjoys the collaborative environment at Keith Construction and is eager to gain more knowledge and experience with the full life cycle of the construction process.
Lindsay has obtained her NCIDQ, OSHA 30 Certificate, NFPA 241 and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She is currently working towards becoming a Certified Passive House Builder.
