Revamping a community with excellent affordable housing
Stratton Hill Apartments is perfectly situated on top of one of the Worcester hills looking over the “heart of the commonwealth”. Built originally in the 1970’s, the community was in need of rehabilitation and modernization. This project included a complete renovation of 8 accessible units as well as installation of new kitchens and finishes in the remaining 148 typical units. Stratton Hill also received a complete façade restoration giving it a new lease on life. Additional renovations included a new site package consisting of accessible concrete walks, asphalt, retaining walls and landscaping as well as new amenity spaces for the residents to enjoy their community.
