New Construction of Affordable Housing in Cambridge near Kendall Square.

Port Landing is a new combination of steel and wood frame 3-story structure in Cambridge, MA housing 20 affordable apartment homes. The project included the construction of 20 below-grade parking spaces. Given the limits of the site area along with the high-water table, the project required perimeter sheet piling along with an extensive waterproofing system.
