Located in the Ninth Square Historic District this 335-unit project with 50,000sf of commercial space was a comprehensive rehabilitation of five separate 19th and 20th century brick and stone buildings-three of which are historically significant. The renovation included upgrades to all dwelling units plus the addition of a community building, fitness center and courtyard. On the exterior this beautiful historic building received new windows and membrane roofing. The exterior, while matching the historic character of the surroundings, is complimented by vibrant colors and murals.
