Located in the center of Porter Square, Frost Terrace presented a unique opportunity to develop a transit-oriented, 100% affordable multi-family residential community. Keith Construction worked with Capstone Communities and Hope Real Estate Enterprises to transform and expand a property consisting of three existing structures, including a 19th-century home relocated on-site, and new construction of a 5-story mid-rise building. Frost Terrace provides long-term affordable housing for families and individuals with a building that complements the existing neighborhood and historic context, incorporates environmental sustainability, and promotes alternative transportation.
