Fort Hill Gardens Apartments & Esperanza Trust are two properties located in the heart of the Washington Park neighborhood in Boston, MA.

Fort Hill is comprised of 40 townhome units which offer open living three-bedroom unit floor plans. The complex underwent extensive interior remodeling including new kitchens, bathrooms, painting, and updating of living areas. The exteriors also received new roofing, siding, windows, doors, trim, and landscaping improvements.

Esperanza Trust is a 42 unit apartment complex which also received new kitchens, bathrooms, painting, and updating of living areas. 13 units were also converted to meet accessibility standards. Exterior improvements included new roofing, windows, doors, masonry repointing, and a ramp which now provides an accessible route to enter to the building.
